It started with a month-end at a local ISP
Three things we learned while sitting in ISP offices across Bangladesh — and how they shaped everything we built.

What was missing
Tools were either built for foreign markets or were old local panels that forced a fixed template and couldn't talk to the router. Nothing fit how a Bangladesh ISP actually runs.
