Welcome to Zapify Billing. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Zapify Billing, you confirm that you are authorized to act on behalf of your organization and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

Zapify Billing provides cloud-based billing, client management, MikroTik integration, and related automation tools for Internet Service Providers in Bangladesh. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Zapify Billing for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the platform. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or its related systems.

5. Payment & Billing

Subscription fees are billed according to the plan you select. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in your plan agreement. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of Zapify Billing is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process your data in accordance with applicable laws and our privacy commitments.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for Enterprise plans. While we make every effort to ensure continuous availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zapify Billing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days' written notice. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these terms.
