Running Multiple ISP Branches from One Billing Panel

Mirpur, Uttara, or franchise offices — how to keep clients, billing, SMS, and reports separate without paying for extra subscriptions.

Running Multiple ISP Branches from One Billing Panel

Growing ISPs rarely stay in one office. You add a Mirpur POP, a Uttara franchise, or a reseller who wants their own client list — but still under your brand.

One login, separate branch data

Multi-branch mode lets you operate every location from a single organization account. Switch the active branch from the sidebar; clients, invoices, SMS logs, and reports stay scoped to that branch.

What stays separate per branch

  • Client database and package assignments
  • Billing runs and payment collection
  • SMS templates and send history
  • Reports and dashboards
  • Staff permissions (when enabled)

What stays shared

Organization settings, global package templates, and owner-level visibility can span branches when you need a head-office view — without merging customer records.

No extra panel fee per location

Branches are included in your plan. You should not pay a full second subscription every time you open a new office — that model punishes growth.

When to add a branch vs a reseller portal

Use branches for offices you operate directly. Use reseller portals when a partner manages their own MAC-based clients under your network. Many ISPs use both.
