Branches are included in your plan. You should not pay a full second subscription every time you open a new office — that model punishes growth.
When to add a branch vs a reseller portal
Use branches for offices you operate directly. Use reseller portals when a partner manages their own MAC-based clients under your network. Many ISPs use both.
